Who will come to clean my place?

One of our professional cleaners covering your area will be assigned to your service. All our cleaners have undergone cleaning training and passed a strict background check.Depending on the type of service, we may assign one cleaner or a team of two. Please note that the cleaner assigned may vary from one service to another, but we always strive to provide the same consistent quality and standards.You will receive the details of the cleaner in charge of your service 24 hours before your appointment, including their name, experience, and photo.

Can I change the date of my cleaning service?

Absolutely! This can be useful if you want to be present at the first visit and choose another day later or if you have a problem and you have to move or cancel the service.

However, any changes must be made at least 24 hours before the date of your service to avoid cancellation fees.

Do you need to come and see my place before sending me the quote?

No, since we charge a fixed fee per hour, we don't need to see your place beforehand. We will use the first service to determine if the number of hours reserved is sufficient. If we ever need to add time, we will ask for your approval before doing so.

How do your prices work?

Frequency every week or Airbnb: $35/hour.Frequency every 2 weeks: $43/hour.Monthly: $46/hour.

Occasional: $52/hourDeep Cleaning/Empty Property/Post Renovation: $52/hour.Extra Info:
1. If you are out of zone, there will be a small extra fee of $15.
