No, since we charge a fixed fee per hour, we don't need to see your place beforehand. We will use the first service to determine if the number of hours reserved is sufficient. If we ever need to add time, we will ask for your approval before doing so.

Do you provide the necessary cleaning products ?

Yes. Our professionals bring the necessary cleaning products and equipment.However, we ask our clients to provide a working vacuum cleaner, as well as a broom and mop.If you prefer, we can also use your own cleaning products.Don't have a vacuum cleaner? We can provide one. For occasional cleanings and deep cleanings, there is an additional charge of $15 for the use of our vacuum cleaner.For recurring services, the vacuum cleaner is provided at no extra charge.

How can I pay for the service ?

Recurring cleaning services with a set frequency do not require a deposit. Payment can be made by Interac e-Transfer or credit card after each service. ✅For deep cleaning and one-time services, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required to reserve and confirm your service. The deposit must be made exclusively by credit card via a secure payment link provided by our Stripe platform. The remaining 50% can be paid by Interac e-Transfer or credit card.The 50% deposit is required for the following services:⚆ Deep Cleaning⚆ Move-Out Cleaning⚆ Post-Renovation Cleaning⚆ One-Time CleaningPlease note that the deposit is not considered the final payment for the service. An official invoice will be issued upon completion of the service, once the balance is settled. In the event of cancellation in accordance with our cancellation policy, the deposit will be fully refunded.

By offering to work directly with you, you are not only jeopardizing the cleaner's employment, but you are also breaking our general conditions, which will force us to permanently suspend our service to you for life and begin a legal process against you

Our cleaners are a crucial part of our operation, that is why we pay a very competitive salary, in addition to giving them several tax and social benefits for working with us.
